Good Words For All

"Keep your life free from love of money, and be content with what you have, for he has said, " I will never leave you nor forsake you. So we can confidently say,

The Lord is my helper;

I will not fear;

what can man do to me?

Hebrews 13:5,6 ESV

Those seeking money and power are often discontent because they never have enough money or things. I would challenge you with this thought, happiness is not found in security in financial resources but in the promises Christ has made us.

The Lord Jesus Christ, says --- I will NEVER leave you nor forsake you! NEVER! Take hold of that claim and know that He is the One who has set us free from the yoke of slavery...we do not have to be enslaved by money, things, needs, desires, or anything that divides our attention - we are to set our minds of Christ...the author and finisher of our salvation and everything else will fall into place. Take comfort in reading Colossians chapters 2 and 3 and put on the new self each and every morning when you rise from a good nights rest.
